So, it’s the 5th September and that means it’s time for a new challenge on the River of Creativity Blog. This months theme is fashion and what that conjures up for me is the 80’s!!!! No I’m not talking neons and dayglo, i’m talking post punk goth and the birth of the New Romantics!! The extra weight I’m carrying now is pure arm muscle from all that backcombing and to be fair we, as a movement, probably single handedly choked the ozone layer with hairspray! So here’s to the winged eye liner, thats so back in fashion, and the Miners black lipstick, skull adorned winkle-pickers and miles of lace. Get those bullet belts and chains jangling as we explore fashion in all it’s glory!

Your art work always blows me away and this was no exception. Your post punk, new romantic, goth girl takes you right back to the 80's there was some pretty good music around then as well! Fantastic sample for our Fashion Sense theme thank you, you are an inspiration. xx
